Where can I get getethylcobalamin

I am from Ebonyi State of Nigeria. I have been trying to get methylcobalamin to treat my b12 deficiency but haven't seen it around. Cyanocobalamin has not worked. Please can someone help direct me how to get it. I am going through pains now. Please help .

It's not easy to find methylcobalamin for injection. Usually hydroxocobalamin or cyanocobalamin is available from German pharmacies.

Dear Agala,I don’t know why you want to use Methylcobalamin to treat your Vitamin B12 deficiency . If you have Pernicious Anaemia you will need B12 injections . I have tried Methylcobalamin injections , and found it no better than Hydroxocobalamin, which is the B12 of choice here in U.K. .

Methylcobalamin is expensive , difficult to obtain , and unstable , especially in heat . … But somehow managed to attain an aura of magic around it . …… I don’t know why . But one of our scientists on here once explained to us why Methylcobalamin was no better than Hydroxocobalamin.

Anyhow , I have found a German online pharmacy that does send to Nigeria.
