Recently I had a bit of a gap in my usual 10 week B12 injections (14 weeks) and thought it was an opportunity to see what my levels were like. The doctor put me in for a blood test and it came back without a result saying ‘ B12 high - don’t need to measure if on therapy’! I would have liked to have that information!
We now have to inform the surgery 2 or 3 weeks in advance to book an appointment with the nurse for the jab ( a 5 minute job) as they are seemingly so busy doing much that the doctors used to do.

I think it's likely your blood tests would've shown >2,000 as that's usually the cut off for B12 blood measures. Either way I guess the good news is that your treatment is working since you've got sky high B12 levels!
