Versandapo Delivery Problems

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to share my my experience after ordering B12 off Versandapo. I had given them a miss after they changed hands and ordering was difficult plus no translation for awhile. However took a chance when a good offer came in to my Inbox. Was told it was on its way and due to be delivered by DHL between 5 and 6 last Thursday. Email later that evening to say I had not been in and it would now be delivered to nearest Parcel Shop next Tuesday ... When I try to track it is always being loaded on van to be delivered and I havn't had a code sent either.

I am still waiting for some contact and more info despite sending 2 emails. Forget contacting anyone by phone ... Just messages and a big run around. I have since looked up reviews and DHL is a shambles of a company! Did chat online to Versandapo this morning but did not get very far with them. (Out of their hands) Was informed though that "I" has requested delivery to be postponed so a lot of Porkies being told by a dreadful company. Still in Limbo and won't be surprised to be left out of pocket although Versandapo did say they would refund if parcel was returned to them but not got much faith in anything said anymore by either them or DHL! Good Job I wasn't low on Supplies ...

We with Foggy Brains etc can do without all this stress so be warned and go elsewhere!

That’s such a shame. I ordered from versandapo a few days ago and received my delivery today. As I wasn’t in DHL left it with a neighbour (even though I hadn’t left this as an instruction) and left me a card saying this.

Hi Jan ... Guess we hit the Easter Holiday period but am sure they did not even try to deliver as I was in all day and it is a week on from that so not very hopeful now! Will post if anything is resolved ... You just don't need it do you!

That’s very poor service. At the end of the day if you get nowhere with DHL it should be versandapo to sort it out I would think.

Versandapo were not a lot better than DHL to be honest Jan .. Do hope it get's resolved but be surprised! I won't use them again whatever but "Thanks" for Caring xx

Finally a week after delivery was promised a text to say it is at local Pick up so although I didn't want to have to pick up at least it has been sourced .. Phew!

If you phone DHL customer services, they're usually very good. Tell them you waited in and no-one came and you'd appreciate it being redelivered asap. Good luck x

What a shame you had this experience. I ordered last Friday 19th with Vesandapo (my first order ever of B12) and the order arrived yesterday by DHL. I had an email to tell me the delivery window. I know things can go wrong with deliveries and it does tend to colour our view.

You certainly did better than me then! The four day Easter break didn't help for sure but finally a week after delivery was promised a text to say I can pick it up at local parcel shop! Not ideal but at least it hasn't disappeared completely ... DHL have terrible reviews so perhaps Versandapo would be better off using Royal Mail again .. ?

You could be right there, but as Foggyme said it could be a local DHL problem.

Sorry to hear about the delivery issues Catsgalour.

Have to say, I always order from Versandapo and have never had an issue with delivery (DHL).

Think perhaps it must be a local DHL problem...when they’re good they’re good...but when they’re bad, they’re very bad!

Please that your B12 eventually made it's way out of the system...but how frustrating 🥴.
