Since we talked about Gloucestershire

Since we were talking about Gloucestershire I don't think I ever posted this one.

"The Cotswold sheep, often referred to as the 'Cotswold Lion' was introduced to the UK by the Romans. Their wool known as the 'Golden Fleece' was an important export. It not only played a major role in the development of many Cotswold towns and villages, but also in the finances of the nation. Sadly times have changed, and they are now classified as a rare breed. "

Probably no B12 for them either!

I think animals are B12 treated better than people. I think I read that all animals make B12, but we lost it during hunter, gatherers time.

If the sheep don't get their B12, I wonder if they go from Golden Fleece to Bald Fleece ?

When I was googling "B12 injections for sheep", I came across an advert for an injectable B12 product that worked for 6 months.

I wondered if there was anything like this in production for humans.

Even if there was I suspect we'd still struggle with issues such as doctors paying more attention to serum levels of B12 rather than the symptoms we suffer.

..and of course, gradually reducing this over time to be annually !

I don't think there'd be enough possible profit to justify the pursuit.
