so have ordered needles syringes alco swabs, and star player B12 ampoules. Just waiting on them arriving.

How often should I inject, ordered 2 packs of 10 ampules to start.

This bloody brain frog is a pain.

I am already taking vit D and various supplements, omegas, zinc, magnesium, selenium,

Desperate to get my body and brain back in sync and out of pain

Have you already received a B12 injection? If not , and this will be your first , please have someone with you who will call for an ambulance if you have anaphylactic shock . ( difficulty breathing , wheezing ) This is a very rare occurrence indeed , and is most unlikely , but you should be aware of this .

I would administer a “ Loading Dose” — 6 injections over 2weeks .

If any symptoms remain , inject every other day until no more improvement occurs Thereafter , as often as required to keep symptoms at bay. This can be up to about every 3 months, (more often if required)

Did first injection couple of hours ago, lot easier than anticipated. No problem sticking needles in others 🤣. Just never stuck myself with one 😇.
