Now that I have the energy to walk a few days a week I am curious about timing my injections with exercise. I usually inject on a Friday or Saturday morning and then go for a walk later in the day. Is that going to speed up how fast the B12 goes through my system? Is it best to inject on a less active day? Or after I exercise?

Hi Amybonner,
Unfortunately, I feel that vitamin B12 metabolism and other nutrients aren’t that linear. I personally inject according to my symptoms not on set days or times. See what works for you, it’s all about having quality of life.
Best wishes
I totally agree.
If you need it, you need it.
You will use more B12 for the additional energy release required but I don't think it will be "used up" appreciably faster just because of the walking, other than it might get around your body better (we are genetically designed to walk lots). If it does do this and gets it to more cells more quickly then I'd think that was a good thing as it will probably promote healing - and doing your jabs, say, every six days instead of weekly is well worth it to get better quicker.
