But while I can find the website OK, I can’t find what you are describing there, even though I put several likely key words in their Search.

Can you please give a URL for the link?

Also, although Livewell clearly work closely with the local NHS, I wouldn’t call this an NHS website. But I look in vain for an ‘About Us’ to see who exactly they are, and how they are funded - private, semi-private, or what?

The pdf file on the site has guidanc on b12 injections but the use the arm. No sure I'm a contortionist to inject into the upper arm.

No I don't think I could, it was intended to help people afraid of injecting themselves, who had some one who would be willing to help
