Platelet count high and B12 deficiency

One of the main reason of high platelet high count is B12 deficiency and if it's not treated by taking B12 specially injection can cause heart attack due to blood clot. There is also a link between vitamin d deficiency and high platelet count. High platelet count also can be alarming for some cancers symptoms which include lung cancer corelorectal, ovarian cancer, breast cancer and gastrointestinal cancer. But strenuous exercise can cause platelet count high.

After I checked my platelet and B12 total it was 358 and 1420 respectively. But I feel getting better by having more walk and taking methyl folate , methyl cobalamin and iron and as well as injection of cyanocobalamin every ten days. My feritin also increased to 39 after one month taking iron and eating meat. I also take vitamin D3 and Omega three but my concern is my platelet. Is platelet count good bio marker of low active B12 if we keep other affecting factors constant? I think there should be other factors in platelet count and may even size and shape ( which is not possible a this time) may help someday medical professionals to estimate active B12 level in pa and B12 deficient patient.

Any comments?
