So dizzy after b12 jab

Hi

I had my b12 jab today after a 6 month wait (usually every 3 months but my levels were ok)- I have pernicious anaemia.

And I feel so dizzy and sick.

Has anyone else had this?

I've been having the jabs since 2011 and never felt dizzy afterwards before.

Its probably ad its so overdue. We're you feeling ill before it. 6 months is a very big gap.

Levels do not mean anything once on injections.

Your regime should not be changed .

You now are in catch up

I have been poorly with a cold and oh, so tired for weeks which I put down to the need for my b12.My doctors once stopped it for 9 months previously too so I wasn't aware it shouldn't be stopped although at my initial diagnosis I was told I would need these jabs throughout my life now.

Thanks for responding, still feeling awful today.
