Very helpful to me

Just wanted to share what someone in the medical field that has Pernicious Anaemia herself for 11 years gave me. This list has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL being she has researched these with the absorbing because she also atrophic gastritis and anxiety and even at the beginning having trouble walking. She has learned what works for her. This list has helped me. IN NO WAY AM I SAYING THIS WILL WORK FOR EVERYONE or that I have ANY medical training. So please don't go giving me long lists of this and that. Just simply want to help someone if possible. Take it or leave it.

I don't think anyone would complain about you listing some vitamins and supplements you're taking when we're all probably on a bunch of different supplements.

I think she takes them everyday. I will try to get in touch with her. I take them all but the probiotic every other day and I didn't start the collagen yet. Best
