Eye twitching is back. Why?

I have continued to take every other day injections with hydroxocobalamin for the past month. Unfortunately I ran out of hydroxocobalamin so I switched to cyanocobalamin. But some of my symptoms have returned including the eye twitch. Do you think this is dependent on the b12?

I have seen some people mention on this site that they have tried different B12 - hydroxocobalamin, cyanocobalamin & methylcobalamin and settled on the one one that best suited them. So I would say that, yes, there is a difference for each individual

My experience is that hydroxocobalamin from two different manufacturers gave me differing results and cyanocobalamin did not really agree with me.

Unfortunately it does not seem to be a "one size fits all" disease.

As with everything PA related there is a bit of trial and error to find your best treatment. Sounds like its hydroxocobalamin for you

Muscle twitches can be due to dehydration, make sure you are getting enough water and electrolytes...also magnesium. Generally if I find I am getting muscle twitches it's solved by one of these two things. All the best!
