Anybody else have sleep apnoea as well as PA/B12 def.?
I can’t work out what is causing the fatigue. Injections help a bit (SI approx once/month) but don’t give the boost I would like. Sleep is rubbish with excessive dreaming and interrupted sleep although use CPAP. I feel like I need some help working out what’s what but no idea where to go for that.

What are your vitamin D and magnesium levels like?
Both of these contribute to better quality sleep.
Once a month isn't very often... Have you tried increasing your B12?
It's good to have folate, potassium and iron checked too.
And thyroid. Best to look at the Thyroid UK group on here for guidance on that.
Once all those are checked and good, if you are still having problems come back and ask again - I'm sure there will be other options to investigate, but it's important to rule out the most likely ones first. 👍
Thanks. I will try and check. It would be good to know levels. Have moved recently and changed GP so haven’t discussed with them yet. The last one wouldn’t accept there was a B12 issue although they agreed to bimonthly injections!?. They made it so difficult to book the injections though that I gave up and started to SI.
Yes. The joys of getting older! Ramipril and indapamide for BP, omeprazole, citalopram and prescription vitD. I was diagnosed with moderately severe obstructive sleep apnoea about 18 months ago and been on CPAP since
Are you tracking your number of sleep events per night as recorded in your CPAP machine? I was having trouble and ended up getting a pressure adjustment and switching to a full face mask and my sleep quality has improved a lot. I also SI hydroxo daily. I can't say I have more energy, but I certainly have fewer crashes, so that is a good thing.
