B12 and Stool Consistency

Anyone know if B12 deficiency can affect stool consistency/content such as making it more watery or where it floats in the toilet?

Not sure if officially its connected but I also had mild diarrhoea whilst on my loading doses . Ive now finished my course and everything is back to normal . Hope that helps you feel a bit better .🙂

Yes a side effect that can happen.

Worried me during loading doses bright yellow but not diarrhoea.

No medic interested.

I thought liver problem at the time.

I expect just quick transit in hindsight.

Not happened since.

Thank you. I have only had one shot (on June 30th). But, maybe there’s a connection.
