Possible coeliac?

I’ve just had some blood results back due to iron deficiency. I also had my first booster jab after loading dose for low B12. Iron is just back in range but results say that serum tissue triglutaminase is high and consistent with coeliac disease. Got an appointment with doctor next week but wondering if anyone has experienced this.

My daughter did .Then had an endoscopy and it was decided she wasnt celiac .

She us much mich better gluten free anyhow.

Diet changes helped digestion. Ibs symptoms.

She coujd be housebound snd ill if eaten ' the wrong thing.'

The hospital dietician supports her but has no new ideas

It's an autoimmune condition so not unusual If yiu have PA

If you have IBS symptoms it could well be tge cure fir those.

She has never been a fussy eater and loved all food.

Thus dramatic change had only come through illness stemming from undiagnosed b12 and folate for years

I've written some very detailed replies in the threads below which hopefully have B12 info you will find useful eg books, articles, more UK B12 documents, B12 websites along with a few hints about managing unhelpful GPs.
