Constant mood swings and depression due to B12 or Iron deficiency?

I get anxiety spike whenever I miss out on my daily dose of 500 mcg b12 supplement. Has anyone else experienced any mental problems similar to mine?

PS- I have been taking b12 supplements for the last 3 weeks after doing my own diagnosis.

It's extremely unlikely that missing one day of an oral supplement would have such an effect.

Why don't you get full bloods done at your doctors.

Best to try and get a diagnosis to work with .

Then think about self help

I will notice mood changes after a very short period ... and I do use high dose oral a lot though not entirely. However, I find that methyl doesn't do anything for me when it comes to mood - though it does help with other symptoms.
