Don't feel sad. It happened to me too. I can't tell you the reason, but many of us seem to have problems to absorb the b complex. If i were you i would try to boost all of them and then work on a permanent regime to avoid this happen again. ((Hugs))

Hi!No judgement, but I just wondered if you drink alcohol regularly?

I know this can cause this but wonder if something else might be your problem?

It can happen as a result of folate deficiency and as this is often linked with B12d it might be all part of that.

Tablets are available to help rebalance your system.

Hi deniseinmilden no I don’t drink alcohol. I think my gut has problems also could be due to atropic gastritis

Thank you!

One problem leads to another, unfortunately, doesn't it!

I hope you manage to get everything back in balance and start to feel a bit better soon.

Please ask again if you need any further information - not everyone sees everything first time.

Best wishes!

Do you drink lots of tea or coffee? That may destroy the thiamine in your food.
