Needle equipment advice

Everyone has been so helpful and kind giving me guidance and advice. I wonder if I could just have a little more help and ask if everything in my shopping cart is correct for I.M injections for B12 and that all the needles and syringes will work together. Thank you in advance 😊

Yes!! Oh my thank you so much. It’s such a relief to know I’m ordering the correct equipment. Does it matter which bin you choose, there are so many. 🤪

All proper sharps bin should have the same essentials. The most important being that you can lock the bin when it's full.

Nice one! Thank you once again for your help and advice 😁

I use the 23g for drawing up and the 25g for injections as it is thinner. However I don’t have big thighs so that works for me. I used to use what you’re ordering and it worked well. All the best.

Thanks, Martin I will bare that in mind the next time I order. I’ve never self administered before. I guess it’s trial and error.

You will be fine! As I say I used the slightly longer ones you are using when I first did SI. You might not want to change but just to say there are thinner needles if you need them. All the best!

I use the same except I only use 1" needles for the injection as I don't have much flesh on my thighs.

I’d not even thought of that, but I do have a sharps bin arriving soon. Thanks for the advice, Nigel 😊
