German pharmacists still sending b12 to UK January 2021

Bonjourtristesse profile image

As of today, I can still find stock for b12 100x1ml at the following:

apotheke-marienbrunn.de/vit...

shop.ludwigsapo.de/vitamin-...

fliegende-pillen.de/product...

shop.apotal.de/vitamin-b12-...

All are sending to the UK as far as I can tell (I can add to cart and pay by paypal/amazon with a UK address).

Thank you for this! However, I’m struggling to find out which type of B12 each of these are stocking. I can see the first link is cyanocobalamin but I can’t find which the other 3 are. I’m trying to find hydroxocobalamin. Can anyone help?

They should all be hydroxo. I did post a cyano one by mistake but that one is for hydroxo.

Rotexmedica b12 should be cyano and Rotexmedica b12 depot hydroxo. I think one label was incorrect hence my link to the wrong one.

If you google the PZN number in the listing you should see the box

PZN: 03862305

I hope someone with more knowledge will answer your question! As I understand it, there are four different types: cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. I have read that different types may help more with different symptoms but I’ve not researched this greatly. I have done well with injecting hydroxocobalamin so I don’t want to change things now.

Hydroxocobalamin stays in the system longer than Cynocobalamin, therefore one should not need to inject so often . Hydroxocobalamin always comes with the tag “ DEPOT” . indicating that it stays stored longer .

Fab.. thank.you so much

But Cyno works as well as Hydroxo, but it will need injecting a bit more often . So if you can only get hold of Cyno for self injecting , do use it . It’s fine .

That’s who I ordered with and they’ve just refunded me today. 😢 I wonder why your order went though. I also ordered in July.

I set up an account with them 1st....just normal email account so, I dont know if that made a difference but, I was absolutely amazed at how easy it was to order and how quickly they delivered. Fingers crossed it was not just a one off as I was hoping to continue getting my b12 supply from them.

Thank you. I will try again setting up an account. I am desperate I’ll pay or try anything at the moment. I’ve spoken to two German pharmacies that sat they no longer post to U.K. because of Brexit. They didn’t know if it would be long term. Thank you for your response. Fingers crossed it works for me.
