Problems Obtaining B12 depot from Germany. I have received this message.

Unfortunately we had to cancel your order. The item ordered VITAMIN B12 DEPOT Rotexmedica solution for injection is available on prescription in the UK. Bodfeld Pharmacy On Plate Mountain 13 38889 Blankenburg

Please can anybody explain why this is happening and how can we now get supplies in from Germany? I understand that it is not a prescription only item?

The UK signed an agreement with the EU last year with the aim of preventing UK citizens obtaining medications that required a prescription in the UK without a prescription from other EU pharmacies - it may be something to do with that.

The counter argument would be that supplying injectable B12 for non-medical reasons - eg beauty - doesn't require a prescription.

Suggest you try another pharmacy.

Have ordered 19 Feb 20 from mycare.de cost £64 for 100 ampoules. It remains to be seen if they cancel the order or deliver. This is clearly going to be a major problem and of course Brexit may well effect it. I do not understand why the NHS has made this a prescription only item. You can make this post widely available if you think it will help.

Can you say if you paid through Amazon? I have just ordered and paid through amazon and the money came straight out of my account

I used PayPals and the money was also taken straight away. This is quite usual and they can still refund the money and not send the goods. Amazon have put this message on the Rotexme B12 Depot page.

"No sellers are currently delivering this item to the UK - Mainland."

No message from mycare so far. Fingers squashed.

Oh that is strange.

I paid through amazon and they confirmed my order is being sent and the money has been taken.

Fingers crossed mine gets delivered.

I ordered direct from mycare.de. I did so because Amazon are showing this message. "No sellers are currently delivering this item to the UK - Mainland. "

I've just looked on Amazon.de and their message is - "This seller does not deliver to the UK - Mainland".

There are many other sellers. Check them all out - amazon.de/gp/offer-listing/...

I have a DHL shipment order so it looks as though I will get the 100 doses of B12.

The link took me to a site I have tried for a while now - "Your selected delivery location is beyond seller's delivery coverage for this item. Pease choose a different delivery location or purchase from another seller."

Which is why I suggested checking out alternate suppliers.

Yes I see you say but I didnt get that message on Amazon.

Amazon and Versandapo have both emailed me separately confirming my order.

This could change I'm sure so I shall wait and see.

I get mine from vitaminb12online.com the owner is B12 deficient. They always have stock. Ive been using them for 4 or 5 years now.
