I am after some advice of which needles to use as I am new to this. I have ordered versandapo.de/vitamin-b12-d... and my injections from the Docs normally go into my upper arm muscles...not sure what I need to order, can anybody advise? Unless my wife can do them for me I am thinking I will be injecting into my thigh? Is that the normal for most???
Thanks in advance.

B12 injections can be done IM (as at the surgery) or they can be done sub-cutaneously. I'd recommend subcutaenously - which can be done using an insulin needle. You can either use the layers of fat on the stomach or the layers of fat in the thigh - personally I prefer the thigh.
If you are planning to do it subcutaneously then you really should talk to nurse or doctor and get them to show you how to do it to make sure you can do it safely.
easier and, dispite UK medics being obsessed with it needing to IM no real evidence that IM is better - gets into blood quicker possibly but that doesn't mean that it stays in the blood longer
I use 23 G 1 inch needles that the hospital gives me.
I sent you a reply to your original message with the detail of the syringes and needles you need and where to order them. Let me know if you need anything further. I use the IM method.
