Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, please can anyone tell me which pharmacy in Germany is still sending Hydroxo to the UK?
Thanks in advance.
I’ve been reading reports on this forum that the German Pharmacies are not shipping to U.K. at the moment . Some members attribute this to Brexit hiccups , some to the Corona virus . I’ve tried it out myself and it’s not possible at the moment. It will probably be O.K. When everything settles down . But it’s possible to get the ampoules if you are registered on German Amazon —. Amazon.de . They hold B12 ampoules from various German Online pharmacies at their depots , and will ship to U.K. , as long as those particular Pharmacies allow shipping to U.K. Give it a try . I read on this forum today of someone obtaining B12 ampoules from Amazon.de . 🍀🍀🍀 search for “ Rotexmedica B12 depot “ —- that is Hydroxocobalamin , which is what is used in U.K.
Thanks Wedgewood. I ordered them through Amazon.de (not through Amazon.co.uk for those big you not familiar wit the difference). I got a notification saying they’ll be delivered around 6 January 2021.
Yes it would be great to know one. Lots of people are having difficulty.
Though we have managed to continue the free trade deal with eu as in no tariffs or quotas we now have a customs barrier. My understanding is that the German pharmacies are not supposed to sell us a prescription medication without evidence of a prescription even though b12 is a non prescription medication in Germany so maybe some of them are deciding it’s not possible/worth it anymore?
Hopefully it’s just a Brexit hiccup but we have given up so much with Brexit it is very worrying.
I managed to get through amazon.de.......... well at least the order went through ok so 🤞it will arrive!
Remember you can always purchase Methylcobalime from oxfordbiosciences.com/store/ here in the UK as powder.
You then only need to purchase the saline solution from Germany, which surely will not be subject to limitations.
Should that fail, you can always retain b12 pills between your lips and your gums for a couple of hours. This will give you a very high absorption rate.
I both inject and do sublingual pills for 2/3 hours at a time and from my experience both systems are equally effective.
I used to stress about not having access to I injection s, but no longer.
I highly recommend you become familiar with Fred and his research. These links might assist you

It’s not safe to be mixing powder and saline and keeping it. And the vast majority of people on here cannot absorb oral b12.
Not advisable to use the reconstituted methylcobalamin powder . Can get contaminated , especially in a domestic situation where the solution would be kept for quite a long time . . Also Saline is only obtainable in U.K. with a prescription . So if it’s a question of having a prescription for German online Pharmacies , they will not ship that either . Oral Absorption is not possible for Pernicious Anaemia patients , no matter how often the medical profession tries to persuade us . I tried for ages and took huge quantities of all kinds — sub-lingual . Sprays , ( nasal and mouth ) To no effect - in fact my symptoms deteriorated over these months . Also patches were useless . Single use Hydroxocobalamin ampoules seem to be the best treatment .
I placed an order with Amazon.de just a few days ago and was amazed to receive it this morning. The hydroxo also has a great use by date of April 2023!
Hi, I have just ordered Rotexmedica b12 hydroxy from Apohealth.de and paid via paypal. All went through fine. I will update if for any reason they don't fulfil the order.
All German authorised pharmacists should have pharmacy certificates (Apohealth's can be found under legal notice, it's a green square that links to the German government website. You should check that the weblink is listed and then click back on the link to ensure that you are using an authorised online pharmacy).
Hi,
Thought I'd add to this thread that there are active petitions at moment to get B12 ampoules available over the counter in UK.

I never knew that pharmacies offer such a function; thanks for the information. Recently, I had an urgent necessity for a drug that is issued only by prescription. I didn’t know who to turn to for help because the nearest appointment with my doctor was only a month later. So, I tied to search on the internet for a possible option. So, I found an excellent service that offers online prescriptions and orders of the medicines you need prescriptiondoctor.com. You have to answer some simple questions, and in a day, you have the necessary treatment. You can possibly order the drug you need, but then your friends will send it in a parcel to you.
