Hi

I am new to the site. I do not have a diagnosis of PA however have all of the related symptoms.

I am being treated for Hypothyroidism, fybromyalga, low vit d, low iron, IBS.

My b12 test came back at 240 so was too high to be treated but I did persuade a GP to prescribe a course of b12 which were a 2 months script for Cyanocobalamin 50 mcg. When I tried to get a repeat it wasn’t possible I was told if a thought they helped I can always buy them myself. I have since been taking sublingual b12 1000ug with some relief. I am considering buying b12 injections, I would be very grateful if anyone could send me the link for the German company that many of you have mentioned where I could purchase Hydroxocobalamin injections.

Many thanks for your help

The German online pharmacy that I use for Hyroxocobalamin ampoules is

versandapo.de in English

Yes type in all that and you will get straight through to the site in English. If you don’t type in “in English “ you will get it in German

I think that you need to register for the first time you use the site .

Search for” Vitamin B12 depot “, and you will get all the different brands and types (Hydroxocobalamin and Cynocobalamin. )

I buy 100 at a time as it’s the cheapest way and the use by date is about 3 years hence.cost €52.90 plus €8.00 courier I use 1mg/1ml from Rotexmedica

You can also get 1mg/2ml from Hevert . Which are a bit dearer .

You can pay with PayPal or a card , . Takes about 4 days to arrive by courier . Very reliable and professional . It’s easy! All the very best to you !

If you search for 'hydroxocobalamin acetat' then you will only get hydroxocobalamin. I find it makes it easier to find the good stuff.

I just tried that , and I got no result .

versandapo.de/en/substance/...

I just tried it again and got this.

Hmmmm!

When I start typing into the search box it comes up with suggstions - so I select 'hydroxocobalamin acetat' from the 'Substances' drop-down. Then I get the above page.

If I type the name in full, it can't find anything.

🤔🤔⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

Where do I buy the syringe needles and what size please

I buy syringes , needles ,swabs and yellow sharps box ( for safe disposal of used needles ) from medisave.co.uk I buy —-

I use Terumo Agani needles .

100 — 21G x 1 1/2 inch needles (for withdrawing the B12 from the ampoule ) The needle becomes blunt whilst withdrawing the B12 , touching the sides and bottom of the ampoule .( ouch!)

100 —- 25G x 1 inch needle for injecting Intra Muscularly ( I.M. ) I inject into my thigh — into the middle outside third , where the muscle is nearest to the surface. Swapping legs each time I inject . I do not inject sub-cutaneously ( sub- cut ) If you want to do this, I only know that the needle is shorter , and most people using this method inject into the layer of tummy fat . (So ask again if this what you want to do. )

100 x 1ml insulin syringes. ( I use a 1ml x 1mg ampoule Rotexmedica B12 Depot Hydroxocobalamin B12 ) if you use Hevert. 1mg x 2ml ampoules , you will need 100 x2ml syringe .

You need a box of medisave swabs and I large yellow sharps box for safe storage of used needles , to be taken to a chemist shop when full for safe disposal

Hope that this helps .

I've used Amazon.de - the German Amazon site. It looks exactly like the UK one, and you can log in using your UK details. Sadly, Prime doesn't work overseas, but as everyone says, buy in bulk and the postage works out much cheaper. Amazon are also very reliable, just like versandpo

versandapo.de/article/detai...

mycare.de/en/online-kaufen/...

Both good but mycare. delivery was more expensive.
