Rotexmedica a small German manufacturing pharmaceutical company were purchased by a French pharmaceutical company called Panpharma about 2years ago . This seems to be leading to changes now, making it more difficult to find Rotexmedica B12 . It can be found more easily by using the German pharmaceutical reference number ( PZN) Which is 03862297 . Panpharma are also selling it under a new number which is 16199653. This number applies to the 10 ampoule pack .

The 100 ampoule packs are unobtainable at the moment . I will report any new development that I discover on this subject .

I have received 5 pkts of 10 from there . A bit more expensive, and customs papers included. I don't blame them for charge increase , just so grateful for the supply.

I don't know if this helps, but I just received a shipment from:

apohealth - Gesundheit aus der Apotheke shop@apohealth.de via shopifyemail.com for Vitamin B12 Depot Hevert Ampullen, 100 pcs. Ampoules × 1.

With shipping to the US, it was € 95.38 EUR.

Thank for posting that Shadowlight.Yes there are no problems with Hevert B12 depot. It’s just the Rotexmedica , which is popular, as the ampoules are 1mg x 1ml which means there’s less liquid to inject, than the Hevert, which are 1mg x 2ml . and also Rotexmedica are cheaper . I have used Hevert in the past and they are excellent Interesting to hear that they will ship to USA That is really useful information ! Thanks so much .

Ah. Understand. At the time I discovered Hevert B12 depot, it is no exaggeration to say that it was a life or death situation for me. I SI from once to 7 x a week. Next time I'll look into Rotexmedica. The extra liquid was an easy trade off to, y'know, stay alive, but less expensive is good.

Rotexmedica B12 vitamin B12 ampoules were certainly a licensed product in Germany . Only obtainable through licensed pharmacies . I once saw a member on this forum telling us that that brand was used in their surgery .in U.K. sometimes . Recently the product has been re-named as “Panpharma “ , because that French pharmaceutical company has purchased Rotexmedica ( small German company ) But it is still produced at the same laboratory in Germany ,in the same packaging.
