Ringing in my ears , right index finger twitching

I have completed 5 doses as suggested by my neurologist for b12 deficiency but 2 days after it I have this ringing sensation in my ear and also noticed right index finger twitching .... I still have muscle stiffness and weakness in my body ... has anyone gone through this.... need some support and hope I am on the right track . Planning to try out homeopathy medication for b12 ....

Homeopathy can support symptoms but not replace any treatment.

I've used homeopathy with success for many things . Not this though. Neurological/central nervous system tricky.

B12 is b12 and that's what you need for repair.
