Hi everyone, I am very new to this I finished my 6 loading shots 10 days ago, I feel so much better now all gratitude to the doctor from Jordan I saw at my docs surgery.
So I got myself 100 doses of B12 from Germany & all the gear to start self injecting, I am gonna start with a shot once a week and see how that goes.
My question is can I inject into my calf muscle, does it matter what muscle you inject.

Here's an article on IM injections. They do not mention the calf muscle, so I wouldn't use it.
The thigh (rectus femoris or vastus lateralis) is the preferred site for self injection as the deltoid (arm) and ventrogluteal (hip) are awkward to get to.
Make sure you get a tutorial before you self inject. I’ve been doing it for weeks, but the last two times I got a good stream of blood come out. I must have hit capillaries. So, learn properly & inject carefully.
