Hi,
Please can someone break down the vitamin & mineral I need as I have PA suffer?.
Currently I'm taking:
Magnesium 2 tablets per day 375mg
Methyl Folate 1 tablet per day 400mg
COQ10 2 tablets per day 100mg
Vitamin D3 2 softgels per day 50mcg
A general vitamin and mineral for women.
Is this enough or do I need to be taking anything else, along side my b12 jabs? Any replies welcomed.

On your bloods check.
Vit d
Ferritin and iron
Folate
Magnesium (as taking a supplement)
Potassium
I always have to get them written on as not there to be ticked!!
Ot if you pay you can het a full nutritional screen.

PA will not mean that you need to take magnesium. Are your levels low?
PA can mean problems absorbing folate and vitamin D from food so it's a good idea to take them as well.
The general vitamin and mineral supplement should cover everything else.
