Should I stop b12 injections and iron supplementation prior to a liver functional blood test and platelet count test?

Would it be recommended to stop b12 and iron supplementation prior to a blood test that analysis liver function and platelet count? If so, by how long before testing? Thank you!

Not unless you have been told to do so.

Not sure about the liver tests, but I also have a condition where I make too many platelets, and taking either none or high amounts of B12 has never made any difference .
