Missed b12 injection

I missed last month injection

Shall I proceed this month with injection

Or do I need replacement injections

Coz some of symptoms get back such as hand shaking

If you can get more injections (one now, one in two week, another in 4 weeks, then back to monthly) then I would go for that.

Otherwise, have this months injection and see how things go.

I received as starting 3 injection weecly then an injection per week then monthly injection symptoms improved such as anxiety hand shaking, hand and keg numbing, and tiredness but still not improved as I want

Also the injections in my country onmy predescribed and DRS not give me as I wish

So is there any source I can get this injections
