Legs aches

hi all, does anyone else get leg aches? I've been getting really achy legs since sometime after lockdown, and put it down to lack of exersise. However as time has gone on, and I'm almost back to normal, my legs still ache alot, especially after sitting for lying for long times. I've just woken from a good sleep, but my legs feel i climbed Snowdon in the night! I have b12 injection every 8 weeks, and just had one x2 days ago. Is this connected to low b12? My b12 was 330 at a blood test that was taken just before my last jab. I used to get leg and hip pains around the time i started on b12 jabs 6 years ago.

I have horrible leg and arm aches. They were being better but today is another bad day. I'm Injecting daily now.

Do you have pain in your lower back then across your hip area too? I have the symptoms you describe. Turns out I have arthritis, spondylosis, sponthlothesis which has caused a trapped nerve, hence the numb, heavy achy legs. Am MRI revealed the problem after I insisted on one as GP kept fobbing me off. Check this information also medlineplus.gov/ency/articl...

Sometimes across the hips too. Thanks for that info, I will have a look and ask GP. Hope your conditions get better!
