Severe facial pain

Has anyone had a similar reaction -- severe facial pain -- as I have from cyano cobalamin, methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin in all forms (oral, sublingual, injection, etc.)? I have not tried adenosylcobalamin. Any reason this might be better? Any help would be welcome. I have to take b-12; I do not absorb it naturally anymore.

Are you deficient? If so, this could be the nerves waking up.

Do you inject these forms?

Yes, very deficient. I do not seem to absorb B12 from food at all; even eating really high levels of B12. This has been going on for 8 years. I currently inject 70 mcg of hydroxocobalamin once/month. This keeps levels okay with a little reduction in pain. When I was injecting 1000 mcg (1 mg) of cyanocobalamin once a month I was in REALLY bad shape. Even with this small a dose the pain is BAD!

Other skin weigh in as well... But this is probably the nerves healing... As they get new myelin sheath they come back online in the brain treats the new nerve signals is pain... sometimes you get other weird sensations... I'm dealing with this to now and it's pretty hellish...
