B12 injections UK

So I just started searching for B12 ampoules in or delivery to UK. The UK one I checked is way above my finances. I tried the German site mycare but they are currently only delivering within Germany. If you usually get them from there and need more soon, better check

I used Bodfeld for delivery to the US. I don't know if they deliver to the UK.

Use Google Chrome browser and translate the site to English.

I use versandapo.de as they deliver to the UK. If you use google chrome as your browser you get the option to have the website translated into English.

If you want hydroxocobalamin (as used by UK GP surgeries) make sure you order Rotexmedica B12 depot. The Rotexmedica B12 (ie without the word ‘depot’) is cyanocobalamin.

I think some people have experienced problems trying to pay by card but if you have a (UK) amazon account you can elect to pay by amazon pay which works fine.

Thanks- I think I’d want to stick with what I’ve always had too, the hydroxocobalamin. Maybe a bit daft cos I’ve no idea if any others are better. Lots of differing opinions on methyl/cyano/hydroxo pros and cons. I think I’ve just been led blindly through by GP . But when I phoned last week and was told tablets will be fine for at least a year , and I could decide after that if I want to continue on them, I think I’ll branch out on my own a bit and take more charge of my own health.

Set up an account with Amazon.uk if you do not already have one.

Go to versandapo.de/vitamin-b12-d...

Click on 'In den warenkorb' (in the cart).

Go to the icon for your account (just to the left of the shopping basket) and click on that. Select 'Ich bin neur hier' (I am new here) and you'll see, at the bottom of the form, an option to 'login mit Amazon'.

That will take your Amazon account information for things like name and address.

Click on the shopping cart and select 'Amazon Pay'. That will use your registered payment method.

You should now have 10 ampoules on their way to you via DHL.

You could try bodfield apotheke in Germany I had a delivery recently and it arrived within 3 or 4 days,I’ve used them a few times now.x

I think I’ll be a few weeks away too. I sent for the spray so I will give that a go but I’m coming around to the feeling I may just do the IM injections myself. Then I may make them slightly more frequent than our surgery’s 12 weeks, but after 10weeks if you feel you must.

I hadn’t realised that so many people actually self injected B12. I wish our surgery had even thought about asking years ago if I felt comfortable being shown how to do it myself. I’d have been happy for a face to face tutorial with the nurse then

Good morning LittleA.if you look through my posts you’ll see how scared I was of needles I had all sorts of visions of bad things happening if I self injected plus it was bloody sore when a certain nurse did it.

I’m now on my 19th self injection, yes even I can’t believe it lol,do you really think if it was that painful that people like me would do it with such frequency?

I got so much support here when I was feeling so low about doing it,I was injecting oranges, cruel I know 🤣.

I inject my upper arm,I’m in complete control I have no pain and I’ve gotten better at it,I actually dread going back to nurse for 3 month one she’s a sadist.

The longer you wait the more damage is being done so watch you tube and go for it.one of the members here posted a great video of a gp doing his injection hopefully someone will be able to post the link for you.good luck it’s so much easier than going to nurse trust me lol.take care x

Bmam125 you’ve no need to wait once you have that b12 go for it you’ll feel the difference so quickly when your getting regular top ups,I did the loading doses again but I had to stick with every other day s.i because my Neurological symptoms are so bad ,I had a severe brain injury in a fall, don’t let things put you at risk like I did,the injections are completely different when you do them yourself.best of luck x

I have used

bodfeld-apotheke.de/

They still deliver to UK by DHL -click on English in the drop down box at top right - register as a customer remembering to select PayPals as the best payment method. It is very competitively priced particularly when ordering a pack of 100 ampoules.
