Unfortunately, you cannot. But you can buy them from Germany, and get the rest of the gear in the UK. Here's an earlier thread about it...

More expensive than German alternatives depending on what you are after. I buy in UK because I SI methylcobalamin. The B12 from the doctor in Brighton is made by arnika who I think are German but don’t sell to public which is why I get through the doctor
