Suffering symptoms of b12 deficiency whilst not getting b12 injections

I'm suffering with extreme tiredness aches all over and pins and needles in fingers and toes. I'm going for b12 blood test next week full blood count and intrinsic factor. I'm really upset that I have to suffer these symptoms and I am worried that it will show a high reading as it has done before. If this happens and I'm still getting symptoms what shouldI do I've tried b12 tablets in the past and haven't worked. Thamks.

Thanks Annette75

Hi fedup2020.

Don’t do anything until you get those results back ,if you start to supplement now it will skew your test results so just hang on in there then when you do get your results post them here and the lovely members will assist you.

Good luck x
