Can anyone recommend a good book about Gastritis?

Hi,

I'm looking for a book about all forms of gastritis, causes, treatments, dietary changes, blood tests and other investigations.

Another name for PA is auto immune metaplastic atrophic gastritis (AMAG).

I'm interested in knowing how doctors can work out what has caused a patient's gastritis. I have read posts on here that where the gastritis is can give clues about the cause.

Don't have a book, but this paper has a good discussion of AMAG, including the areas affected -

Autoimmune gastritis is restricted to the oxyntic mucosa of the stomach, sparing the antrum. Helicobacter pylori gastritis is most intense in the antrum but may involve other areas of the stomach.
