Vertigo in a medical sense has a specific meaning -

Dizziness is an altered sense of spatial orientation, a distortion of where we are within a space and like your balance just feels off. Vertigo, on the other hand, is truly the sensation of self-movement or the movement of your surroundings – it’s a spinning sensation.

Dizziness or wobbliness is a common symptom of a B12 deficiency. Vertigo is also a symptom, but much less common.

I did cawthorne pysio exercises after doing the Epley manouvre at home . The doctor did the Epley manouvre but didnt di it properly.

Get a pysio to di it otherwise.

Diet can help. Almonds strawberries ect if you look it up.

Also when you csn walk again and got some balance. Walk swinging your arms as this helps your neck muscles release.

My neck is still bad. Tou use every muscle in your neck to stay upright with virtigo
