Lately I am feeling very dizzy and sleepy, and when I try to switch my view I feel very short vertigo kind of feeling. Is it normal till the deficiency is totally reversed? I have vitamin d deficiency as well and being treated for both from last one and half month.

I certainly had those symptoms myself with P-A- But they disappeared when I got sufficient injections .. perhaps you need more regular injections of B12 than you are getting ? . I was forced to self-inject ( weekly) when I couldn’t get more injections from my GP . This made all the difference ,

Is this feeling BPPV( positional vertigo)? And can I be helped with the exercises to reduce it and recover ?

Sorry , I know nothing about that . I never did any exercising to rid myself of the strange dizziness I had with untreated P.A.

I suffer with BPPV from time to time. I learned about the Epley manoeuvre from google & if performed correctly works like magic. You may have to do it two or three times

Very familiar symptoms to me. I dusmdng get very sleepy though. Alot of visual disturbance.

Early days.

It will improve with b12 treatment.

Try cawthorn physio perhaps. ??

It helped me. Google it and have a look if you can.

Some things can get a little worse before better. Try and go with it.

Yes, for me this was a normal symptoms in early days, but the most worrying as I always thought I had a brain tumor or MS, I can laugh now but I was very upset initially. My vertigo , I also thought the ground was moving sort of feeling, gradually reduced and after a few months I realized I was no longer getting that symptom. At that time I had the loading doses, and twelve weekly injections, plus iron and folic acid supplements. I take more injections now, which I buy from Germany but the vertigo certainly resolved gradually over a few months on twelve weekly jabs. Hope this helps and I wish you well.
