Would your GP provide you with a prescription for them? Trying to get an appointment at mine was hell, even before this so they give me a prescription for my b12 and I self inject at home. Works out much better for all
Could you ask GP/nurse at surgery to show you how to self inject and as Penni says ask for a prescription for B12 ampoules. you should be able to get sharps box (for used syringes) on prescription but not sure you'll be able to get syringes on prescription.
