I have had blood test for B12 and they have come back negative.I have bowel condition with absortion. I have all the symptoms for B 12 deficiency and need B 12 injections. I am going to see a neurologist tomorrow,will he be able to help,I am so unwell

do you mean you had a blood test for PA as a cause of B12 deficiency - if so the negative doesn't really mean a lot as the IFAB test gives falls negatives about 50% of the time so it is a long way from ruling out PA.
If you mean that the serum B12 test showed that you were in the normal range then that may also be a red herring as interpreting the test needs to be done carefully including a review of symptoms.
You really need to get hold of the tests that were done, the results and the ranges.
B12 test is inaccurate. You need other tests. All my bowel symptoms went away with b12 treatment meaning it was never a bowel issue, just the B12 causing it.
