Numbness and tingling back of head, neck and side of face

Hi all,

I’m wondering if any of you have had this symptom?

To go with all the other things I’m experiencing - this has just started 😬

I’ve had it on one side of my head and face a few times, numbness and tingling. I thought of was having a stroke but don’t worry it is a symptom of B12 deficiency as I came to find out.

I think it’s called ‘small fibre neuropathy ‘ look it up and see if it fits. It is a b12 symptom.

I've had similar. Used to go number over whole face ,top of head and around ears. Noe mainly up my nose!! Back of head I have 'running" ? Nerve pain especially when eating. All belong to the same muscke group thsto runs from the back of your neck.

Mine can be persistent turning into chronic ongoing tension headaches (at times were migrains )

Hope it subsides for you with b12 treatment.
