When I walk or run, both of my feet and right leg up to mid-thigh tingle and feel “crawly” and occasionally my hands tingle, too. Within 5 minutes of stopping, it goes away. It’s not to where I can’t exercise, but it does feel strange the entire time.
I’m on weekly b12 injections and the strange sensations have definitely improved since I started those, but exercise makes it very noticeable.

It is also important that your Folate level is monitored as this is essential to process the B12.
There is a complex interaction between folic acid, vitamin B12 and iron. A deficiency of one may be "masked" by excess of another so the three must always be in balance.
Symptoms of a folate deficiency can include:
symptoms related to anaemia
reduced sense of taste
diarrhoea
numbness and tingling in the feet and hands
muscle weakness
depression
Folic acid works closely with vitamin B12 in making red blood cells and helps iron function properly in the body
I am not medically trained but have had P.A. for over 47 years
My folate hasn’t been checked, but I get 400mcg in my multivitamin and I take an additional 400mcg tablet daily. I asked for my doctor to check it and he said there was no need and to just take those daily 🤷🏼♀️
