Yes. It means that your Active B12 levels are too high for the test to measure accurately. But they are very high.
It almost certainly means that the B12 supplements you have taken are still hanging around.
If you want to know if your symptoms are likely to be caused by a B12 deficiency the best way is to have an MMA test. Levels will be raised if you don't have enough B12 getting into your cells.
An even better way would be to start the supplements again and see if the symptoms stop. If they do - carry on with the supplements.
