B12 Self Injecting

To all those who SI with B12, where to you order B12 and syringes from. At the moment I have injections every 8 weeks. My last one was 8 July and ever since then I have felt exhausted had palpitations, breathlessness and waking up with a headache. Its taken until now to start to feel better and regain my energy levels slowly. I was diagnosed eventually a year or so ago quite by accident. After about 4 weeks post injection I start to feel the exhaustion creeping in again but my GP won't increase the injection time. I had to fight to get it at 8 weeks as I was having it 12 weekly. HAs anyone tried the B12 patches from Amazon and are they helping?

If you look over on the right of this page (on the bottom if you're on a phone) you'll see 'Related Posts'. One of those will have the info you need on ordering B12 from Germany and needles/syringes from the UK.

Skin patches do nothing. The skin is designed to keep things like B12 out. Only small molecules can make their way through without help. Somebody is working on B12 patches with hundreds of tiny B12-filled needles that do work. But ordinary ones won't.

Thank you for that information. I'm fairly new on here so am just finding my way around the site.

I usually order mine from versandapo.de but there are others.

If you want them to ship outside Germany you may have to select DHL as the courier.

If you have trouble translating the text then either click on the Union Jack if there is one or download Google Translate first.

Try to get 1mg in 1ml hydroxocobalamin.

Be aware that there are other strengths and types so check carefully before ordering.

For more information please see Wedgewood's replies by going to her profile by double clicking on her name and looking under the heading "replies". I'll add the link below.
