Hello. Go advised me to take 400mcg folic acid daily as level 9. Now above range!! So have cut back. Is it best to stay mid range?

Also told to take iRon which I have . Spartone. Ferrous sulphate solgar alternated. Ferritin remains at 32. I've read that although gp has given no reason for drop from 63. Anything under 5o can give symptoms of fatigue! !! Ect. Also magnesium told to take to help migrains now over top range so cut back! !

Any experience or ideas appreciated
