Went to drs asked could I have injections every 8 weeks reply was no but maybe at 10 weeks, referring me to see specialist , more bloods done, maybe Dr will have some understanding how I'm feeling as her mum has vitb12 defficency I live in hope anyway, sick of feeling unwell most of the time and finding it hard to work 12 hour shifts, bags are packed off to menorca . Take care one and all xx

Sorry to hear that you are feeling so bad . Hopefully the 10 weekly injections help . If not come back here to find out how to self-inject . It is honestly easy, convenient and cheap . Buying in bulk (100 of everything) an injection costs me just over £1.00. I buy in bulk because I need to inject weekly to keep well . The ampoules of B12 I get have a use-by date of about 2 1/2 years . Buying fewer is somewhat more expensive , Enjoy your holiday and get some vitamin d on Menorca ! best wishes

Hats off to you, Blackradish - 12 hr shifts ! I've been moaning about doing 2 consecutive days because I end up sleeping for 12 hours. You deserve to have a good holiday, however tame.

Living in London, I quite like getting away to difference: beach, quiet, country walks etc.

Tame is the new wild !!! Have a good one.
