Best time for active b12 test

Hi I'm doing the thyroid ultra vit test from medichecks which includes active b12 I had my last b12 injection 6 weeks ago and feeling so fatigued and skin is itching like mad I'd normally be using the b12 spray to try and top up a bit but don't want any supplements before my test. I know a regular serum b12 test would be pointless now but will active b12 tell me anything or should it also be sky high and how different would it be if I wait another two weeks and take the test the day my jab is due?

Sorry for long winded post just trying to figure out if it's worth two weeks of itching and dropping things or just take the test now and get spraying!

Thanks

You will need to wait at least another six weeks. Even then, the levels may still be raised.

Fastest response ever fbirder! Thanks I thought as much, I've paid for the test just to get my thyroid checked without risking the doctors deciding to review my 8 weekly jabs only got the extra bits included because it was on offer so only worked out a couple of pounds more to add on vit d, folate, ferritin and active b12 so thought I might as well
