Active B12 over the reference range

Good morning !

So when I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency my Active B12 was 31 (ref 37 to 188). My active B12 is now well above that range (288). So I decided to not have my weekly injections but became really fatigued. The GP has told me to stop taking the B12 tablets he doesn't know I've been SI 🙈. Do I still continue with the injections even though I'm well above range now? I really noticed the difference of my tiredness when not having the weekly injections!

Thanks for reading

Ignore the numbers - treat the symptoms.
