I went to order today from one of the German sites which was right in line with what my out of pocket cost here is with a prescription, but then they added the shipping and it was close to $90. Is there anywhere else anyone can suggest?

You may be able to source cyanocobamalin from Canada less costly (if you cannot get it in the U.S.) from:
in Australia have all forms of B12 . Cynocobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin and Methylcobalamin. They sell to the US . Their prices include airmail costs .
