Blood test

Am due a blood test in April and booked a review with doctor on Friday as they arnt reviewing me lol. She will hopefully give me the form. I know I need ferriton levels iron and folate and vit D . What else would be useful . I know they want to do b12 levels(nurse said) but i know that it is not needed and indeed could be used against me by certain doctors in the practice. on weekly injections at the moment and reluctantly on a trial of amytriptyline to hopefully keep migrains away . Trying to formulate what I want out of the 10 minutes. As on such a roller coaster still so hard. I also think the neurologist has discharged me which I can kick myself for as nowhere near at a functioning level yet. So if anyone seeing a neurologist try and stay in the system as it's so much easier to cancel a 6 month review than to get referred and have the long wait again. So any thoughts on bloods appreciated .
