I've bought some clip on lenses that filter out 'blue' light from artificial light . I bought clip ons as need prescription glasses . So far they are helping. Good for phone screens too. My head still buzzing but much less than it would writing this without them. I was told you can make light sensitivity worse by wearing sunglasses indoors?? Just thought if anyone else suffering or get headaches, they are worth a try. ...I got these on a 14 day trial or money back. £35. You can get glasses made up to your prescription at a much higher cost. Or clear ones.
It seems the nerves from my 'healthy eyes' to my brain are getting the wrong signals from damaged nerves in my brain from the b12 defiency. Hopefully can still get more repair from the b12 injections . Fingers crossed I'll be able to watch TV again soon.
