Does anyone have experience taking magnesium along with their b12? I have been advised to take the Magnesium supplement below due to some of my symptoms. Any suggestions/advice? Thanks

As I used to suffer with restless legs I now have a good soak in an Epsom Salts bath a couple of times a week as this has a high magnesium content. Who knows if it’s helped but I can say that my legs don’t bother me the way they used to.
I’m sorry but I don’t know anything about the magnesium supplement that you have shown.
Looks pretty weak and therefore unlikely to do any harm! Probably pretty expensive too.
What actually are your symptoms?
Google Magnesium to see the effects of deficiency and excess and what dietary sources you might like.
Magnesium is readily absorbed, including through your skin, so you don't usually have to worry about how "bioavailable" options are - they are all absorbed although some are better than others.
Magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salts) is readily available from supermarkets and pharmacies and is cheap. You can take a little by mouth but be aware that it is a constipation remedy so bathing in it or mixing it with water and spraying/swabbing it onto your skin and leaving it to dry is often better.
I use magnesium chloride flakes as my absorption of most things is terrible!
Magnesium Oxide can be less well absorbed and this is usually used as the comparison by mineral-sellers to make "their magnesium" sound better!
